A: Yes, there is documentation available at http://www.ezmlm.org The documentation at that URL includes some information you do not need (installation instructions) and some information you cannot use (commands you would type at a shell prompt) but it also contains a great deal of useful information about how EZMLM lists are configured, used, and customized to meet certain special needs. Many of the configuration options described in these documents are available to you through the list creation and list management options in your postmaster email configuration screens. Other options which may not be directly configurable by you can be configured for you by our mail administrator if you make a request to support.
